Which group needs a booster every 3 months? So who’s dressing up a lame-ass argument with bullshit exaggerations that still don’t help the lame-ass argument become any less lame-ass?

We have flu boosters every year. We need a booster for this new respiratory illness 6 mths after vaccination now, particularly with new variants, which are made more likely by “argument dresser uppers” like yourself. When the next booster will be needed remains to be seen. Could be 6 mths. Could be 2 yrs.

It takes 10 minutes to run in and get a shot. Who gives a shit if I have to do that once or twice a year? Given that flu vaccines have always been seasonal, and have never prevented all infections, what about this is unexpected to you?

Even with people due for boosters, unvaxxed people are about 5X more likely to become infected and about 29X more likely to occupy a hospital bed. The advantages of being vaccinated couldn’t be any clearer. No matter how you dress up your ridiculous point.

EDIT: I should have read your parent post link first - I see what group you are referring to. Basically, the most vulnerable elderly folks particularly in facilities. Nobody is approved for vaccines every 3 mths, so this is just one study, and nobody knows how quickly protection wanes after boosters for any group, including the most vulnerable. It will depend to a degree on variants.

But ok, we are talking about a cohort which has very high mortality risk to Covid - very high death rates for the unvaxxed. So, if a shot every 3 mths forever for this very vulnerable immunocompromised group basically makes their risk of death 0 or damn close, that would be a failure in your eyes?
